Terms of Service

Atlas is a software platform for planning, generating, and publishing brand content, and for running deployable digital-worker automations. Some features consume metered AI generation and are billed according to your plan.

You're responsible for the accounts and credentials you connect to Atlas and for content published through it. You must have the right to connect any third-party account (e.g. a Facebook Page) you link.

Don't use Atlas to publish content that violates the law or the terms of any platform you publish to, or to attempt to circumvent the usage limits of your plan.

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe on the cycle shown at checkout. Metered features (like AI video generation) are billed separately as consumed. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

When you connect LinkedIn, Meta, Google, Microsoft, YouTube, or TikTok, your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms. Atlas is not responsible for changes those platforms make to their APIs or policies.

You may stop using Atlas at any time; see our Data Deletion Instructions to remove your data. We may suspend an account for violation of these terms or non-payment.
