Data Deletion Instructions

If you've connected a Facebook Page, Instagram Business account, LinkedIn profile, or any other platform to Atlas, here's how to have that connection's stored data deleted.

Automatic (Meta/Facebook)

Remove Atlas from your Facebook settings

Go to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, find Atlas, and remove it. Facebook automatically notifies Atlas the moment you do this, and we delete the stored connection (access token, Page ID, and IG Business Account ID) immediately — no further action from you is needed. You'll get a confirmation code and a status link right after Facebook processes the removal.

Manual

Disconnect inside Atlas, or ask us directly

While logged in, open Distribution → Social and disconnect any account — this deletes its stored token immediately. Prefer not to log in, or want your whole account removed? Email privacy@thesolutionerslabs.ca with the account/email you used, and we'll confirm once it's done.
