Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

This policy explains what Atlas collects, why, and what happens when you connect a third-party account (like a Facebook Page or Instagram Business account) to it. It applies to atlas.mapleai.tech and every Atlas-hosted instance operated by The Solutioners Labs (Toronto, Ontario, Canada) [confirm legal entity name & address].

01

What we collect

Account data you give us directly: name, email, and password (stored hashed, never in plain text).

Content you create in Atlas: brand information, campaign copy, images, video, contacts, calendar events, and messages you draft or import.

Third-party connection data, only when you explicitly connect an account: an OAuth access token (stored encrypted), the account's platform ID (e.g. a Facebook Page ID or Instagram Business Account ID), and, for Meta specifically, the app-scoped Facebook user ID of the person who authorized the connection — kept so we can find and delete that connection if you remove Atlas from your Facebook settings.

Usage data: which AI features you use and their cost, kept for billing and for the audit log described below.

02

How we use it

To run the product you asked for: generating content, publishing to the accounts you connected, and running the automations you configure.

To bill you, via Stripe — Atlas never sees or stores your card number; Stripe handles that directly.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your content to train our own models.

03

Third parties who process data on our behalf

Every AI request Atlas makes passes through one internal gateway before reaching a model provider. Depending on the task, that may be Google (Gemini models), Anthropic (Claude models), self-hosted open-weight models we run ourselves, or ComfyUI for image/video generation. Which provider handles a request is a routing decision that changes as we evaluate models, not a fixed list.

Stripe processes payments. If you connect LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, Microsoft, YouTube, or TikTok accounts, those platforms process the data you explicitly authorize Atlas to access under their own terms.

04

Meta Platform Data specifically

If you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram Business account, Atlas stores the access token and account identifiers needed to publish on your behalf, only for as long as the connection stays active. If you remove Atlas from Facebook's "Apps and Websites" settings, Facebook notifies us automatically and we delete that connection's stored data without you needing to do anything else. You can also disconnect manually at any time inside Atlas, or request deletion directly — see our Data Deletion Instructions.

05

Data retention & deletion

Your account data lives for as long as your account is active. You can request a full export or a full deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (below); because every table is scoped to your tenant, deletion is a clean, verifiable operation.

06

Your rights

Depending on where you're located, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise any of these.
